Purpose and data we process
We process the data you provide in our contact and order forms (name, phone, email, shipping and billing address) solely to handle your enquiry, process your order, issue the invoice and arrange delivery. If you expressly accept the marketing communications checkbox, we may also send you news and offers.
Retention and recipients
We keep your data for as long as needed to manage our business relationship and comply with legal and tax obligations. We only share the essential data with the courier company handling delivery.

Purchase terms
- Prices are shown in euros, VAT included.
- Shipping costs are calculated at the final checkout step depending on the method chosen.
- Online payment is not yet available: orders are registered as pending payment and we will contact you to confirm them.
- Products marked as "made to order" are prepared on request; we will confirm the timeframe before shipping.
- You have 14 calendar days to withdraw from an accessory purchase under the legally established conditions.
